This research deals with translation of Imam Abu al Fadl Muhammad ibn Jaafar al-Khuzai, scientific and prestige, and the words of scientists him, as separates to say what were the da'eef only, with the definition of clear his book readings, and to achieve part of the clear book, which is an assigned reading Ibn Amer al-Shami.
