رؤية فقهية حول ختم القرآن في صلاة التراويح بالمسجد الحرام

Abstract EN

The current study aims at casting new light on juristic vision that aims at redistributing the recital of the entire Holy Quran (Khatma)which is been recited in Salat Al- Taraweeh in the Most Sacred Mosque in Makkah to accommodate Tahajjud prayer in the last ten days of Ramadan ; that is without assigning especially separate recitation for it to become one khatma in (Qiyam Ramadan)praying during the night in the whole Ramadan.

Mainly, Salat Al-Taraweeh and Tahajjud are known as praying during the night of Ramadan in particular.

The application of this new juristic vision may play a pivotal role in lessening and easing on Muslims.

The current study includes the suggested methods of applying this juristic vision.

The flexibility, reality and ascriptions of Islamic traditions were being paid attention by the researcher when he was carrying out the current study.
