Abstract EN

This study targeted to find out the new mass media influences on the knowledge and trends of the Saudis towards terrorism issues which targeted Saudi Arabia in particular.

Many people accuses the new mass medias of having negative impact and dangerous on the national security of the country in different ways.

The study concludes the importance of the new media, which the Saudis “the study sample” depends on when they follow and watch the daily events, because it presents to them updated news as it reveals and shows what the traditional media doesn’t.

The satisfaction of the study sample depends on the events coverage and how various it is according to the their watching period length.
