Abstract EN

The study aimed to determine the level of knowledge sharing among the workers in human rights commission in Saudi Arabia and explore the factors which affect the process of knowledge sharing, in addition to offer a proposal regarding the knowledge sharing among the workers in human rights commission in Saudi Arabia.

The researcher adopted the descriptive survey method as the most appropriate one to achieve the study objectives and data of the study was collected by reviewing the literature and designing a questionnaire.

The sample of the study constitutes of (150) workers at the human rights commission in Saudi Arabia, but the questionnaires were received back from (132) of the study sample to be statistically analyzed.

After the process of statistical analysis, the results of the study were as the following: 1) knowledge sharing plays an important role in conducting the duties of human rights commission in Saudi Arabia.

2) Regulatory cultural and social factors facilitate the process of knowledge sharing at human rights commission in Saudi Arabia.

3) Technical, economic and ethical factors affect the level of knowledge sharing among the workers at human rights commission in Saudi Arabia 4) The workers of human rights commission in Saudi Arabia are interested in using effective techniques in the process of knowledge sharing.
