Abstract EN

One of the most important effects and outputs of the nation’s communications is an interaction between culture and language.

Hereby the main query that linguists encountered with it exposes that; is existence of the foreign words a main cause of destruction of native languages? Therefore Arabic language by using of its specific features and characteristics and also establish of Arabic Language Academy (Al- Majame al- Loghavi- yaah) could do the best role as protection from its identification.

Finally this paper tries to defend from its natures (Arabic Language) by study on Arabic Language capabilities.
