Abstract EN

This study was to detect identifying professional competencies possessed by faculty members from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Social Sciences University ginning Lakhdar Batna , through the following assumptions : .

1 - different order of professional competencies that must be provided in a university professor from the perspective of students 2 - There were statistically significant differences in the professional competencies that must be provided in a university professor from the viewpoint of the students due to the academic level of the students ( Master - BA ) 3 - There were statistically significant differences in the professional competencies that must be provided in a university professor from the viewpoint of the students due to the sex worker .

To achieve this will be the use of descriptive analytical method to achieve the purpose of the study sample was 141 students and a student have been prepared in five basic standards of professional competencies " personal and human relations , mastery of scientific and professional methods of reinforcement and motivation , planning and implementation of the lecture , the activation activities and evaluation methods " , and include (61 ) substandard .
