Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of organizational loyalty among subordinates working in the education directorates in Hebron, according to several variables: (Gender, job title, qualification, and years of experience, and the Directorate works subordinate).

This study followed descriptive analytical method for suitability for this kind of study, and study population consisted of (318) subordinate / her work in the education directorates in Hebron (Directorate of Education, north of Hebron, Directorate of Education Hebron, Directorate of Education, south of Hebron), for the purposes of data collection questionnaire was used consisting of (18) items.

(150) questionnaire were distributed to identify the workers at the directorates, was recovered (70) questionnaire by (22%).

The results of the study indicated that the degree of organizational loyalty to subordinates working in the education directorates in Hebron were moderately, where the arithmetic average of the total score (3.25).

And that the above paragraphs were "I am ready to present a greater effort is required for the success of the work" a mean (4.05), and lowest paragraphs "I think that mistakes is practical in this directorate" arithmetic average (2.17).

As it turns out there is no statistically significant differences in the degree of organizational loyalty among subordinates working in the education directorates in Hebron due to the variables (gender, job title, qualifications, years of experience, the Directorate works subordinate).
