Political freedoms in the contemporary arab world are in the midst of a structural crisis.

In the core of this crisis we find an unfullfilled assesment of the inherited assabiyyas of the past.

According to that all the present models of homogeneity do not reach the level of a real social and political integration.

Thus the present approach will try to uncover the reasons and the price of this failure in the public life of every day.
