Abstract EN

The subject of this research studies the book entitled The Decoration of Latin Girdle and Forms( Rashm Alzimam Al roomi Wa Ashkaluh): editing and forwarding.

This book is unique and is considered to be the most comprehensive reference in containing the Latin symbols.

These symbols appeared in Arabica and Christian documents and books.

They have also spread over Spain and Morocco for more than five centuries – from (12-7th century).

I have provided my study with a brief introduction describing the manuscript and giving some information about the title.

The material of this book has been given in a separate chapter followed by five tables containing all symbols given in the book mentioned above.

These symbols have been arranged in a way that it benefits the reader.
