An article by Dr.
Jamil Qassim, professor of philosophy in the Lebanese University, under the title: “Spirituality in the Age of Secularity” in which he deals with the transformations seen in the post-modernist west.
Those transformations were best represented by the growth of different faith phenomena and spiritual trends.
Dr.
Qassim criticized secularity as it totally separated humanity from its transcendental and metaphysical aspects.

«La spiritualité dans le monde laïc» rédigé par Jamil Kassem, professeur de philosophie à l’Université Libanaise, dans lequel il expose les transformations qu’a connues l’ère postmoderne et qui se sont manifestées à travers le phénomène de la foi religieuse et des tendances spirituelles.
L’auteur ne manque pas de critiquer la laïcité qui a séparé l’homme de sa dimension transcendantale et métaphysique.
