As for the second lecture, it is by Iranian intellectual and professor of philosophy in the University of Tehran Riza Dawri Ardakani under the title: “The Center and the Suburbs – the Cultural Absolute in Western Secular History”.
This lecture divides the state of the contemporary world into two spheres: a center which is the West, and peripherals and “suburbs” which is the Rest.

Quant au second exposé, celui de l’intellectuel iranien et professeur de philosophie à l'Université de Téhéran Riza Dawri Ardakani, intitulé «Le centre et les banlieues - l'Absolu culturel dans l'histoire laïque occidentale», il divise l'état du monde contemporain en deux sphères: un centre qu’est l'Ouest, et les périphéries et les «banlieues» qui forment le reste du monde.
