Abstract EN

This study tackles, the link between the environment protection and the maintenance of public order and it’s components; the security, Health and Public Tranquility which are considered as a target of the administrative control, so this protection determines the roles which are played by the administrative bodies and linked to combating the environmental pollution, Proceeding from the fact that the pollution harms the human beings.

Whereas the protection of individuals from the dangers of Pollution of different sources leads to achieve their security and safety, in addition to that preserving the public health in society can’t be achieved without compacting the pollution in the surrounded environment, and no doubt that compacting noise pollution contributes in achieving public tranquility.

The researcher found the following results: 1.

The tasks of protecting the environment in Jordan is not only vested in the Ministry of the Environment, but there are many ministries and institutions carry out the functions of protecting the environment and its components.

2.

The natural disasters disturb the public Security whether it occur naturally or by human act.

3.

In order to maintain the public health in the community we must combat the environmental pollution by taking the necessary administrative and preventive measures.

4.

In order to achieve public order we must combat noise pollution, which is considered one of the most important factors that disturbs the public tranquility.

The researcher made the following recommendations: 1.

The Researcher hopes on the Jordanian legislator to reconsider the legal which related to abomination acts to health in Jordanian laws to avoid duplication in the implementation of these laws, especially it has the same subject but different punishments.

2.

The tasks of monitoring and controlling the validity of food is vested to a number of administrative bodies in accordance with the laws of those ministries and institutions that are mentioned in the study, therefore the researcher wishes to the legislator to reconsider those texts of laws to avoid the duplication in the enforcement process .
