Abstract EN

Since the time Iqbal departed this life more than seven decades ago, there has been a large and prolonged accumulation of writings of Arabs, Muslims and European studies that address the different worlds of Iqbal; poetic and prosaic, literary and intellectual, and reform and political.

These writings studies and theses therein are still in the state of development and accumulation.

This paper suggest a need to change the way of dealing with Iqbal and his intellectual discourse, and a shift from a static praise to an effective critical one in order to discuss and get closer to some of Iqbal criticism.
