Abstract EN

In a previous study “Information Systems and Statistical Strategies”, the author 1 had discussed the principles of statistical strategies and informatics systems and the study showed the strong relationship between the two subjects, and he briefly described the four main systems which make the main streams of the statistical data.

In this study, the author shall discuss in more details the database systems which make the basic statistical data in the society, and therefore conclude clear and precise results for the structure of the statistical work and the informatics systems in any Arab country, which needs necessarily to join between the two subjects in both, planning and execution phases.

In addition, this study will include a practical survey study through a questioner, designed by the author and circulated by the Amman Arab University to the responsible and specialized people in the field of statistics and informatics.

Thirty specialized and responsible persons from ten Arab countries responded and send the field questioner.

The objective of the survey is to seek the opinions of those responsible persons on the principle ideas of relationships between the two subjects and to find out how strong those relationships and what are the common thoughts that helps the author to reach to his concrete conclusion.

The author shall present the results of the survey, which supported his previous thoughts and help him to reach to the conclusion of the necessity of joining the two organizations responsible for Statistics and Information in one organization, and there is a need to draw a joint strategy for both statistics work and informatics in one strategy and in one body and insisted on the needs to set principles of conduct
