Abstract EN

The science of Al - Hadith has an endless number of books as well as hundreds of categories.

Al - Athbat books refer to the books whose authors collected what they heard from their teachers and mention those who were with them during the time of listening, the location and some conditions.

Because of the scarcity in the number of researchers in al - athbalt, I decided to write this paper.

This study is divided into an introduction about the importance of this research, aims, plan and previous studies.

The chapters are divided as follows: Chapter one is about the denotative and connotative definition of Al - Athbat and the reasons for its categorization.

Chapter Two is about some Al - Athbat books and their authors.

Chapter Three is about Al - Athbat role in preserving the tradition of Al - Hadith's people.

The conclusion includes important results and recommendations.
