Abstract EN

This paper is an attempt to answer the question of whether it is permissible to ask NATO to help Muslims to overthrow oppressive regimes.

This aroused a lot of debate among scholars in the past and nowadays.

In this paper I defined NATO, the traits of the ruler that should be overthrown and the definite circumstances in which Muslims can ask help from non - Muslims to fight dictators that is carried under the leadership of Muslims.

At the end of this, a number of recommendations are listed.
