Abstract EN

This reach aims at defining the crime of outrage/ in Islamic Legislation, its elements and penalty, illustrating the educational aspects in imposing the penalty of outrage.

To achieve the objectives of the study, we applied the deductive,inductive approach and analytical method.

The study concluded the main results: outrage means disobeying the just Imam, and its penalty is killing or imprisonment in case elements of crime are provisioned There are educational aspects to the outrage crime represented by the social and moral education, cognitive mental education, spiritual religious education and psychological education
