The researcher in this research easy important issue of some uncertainty, particularly in the use of terminology grammar, terminology semantic, because this label have stability when initiated Sibawayhi the author or his book, and therefore the science of language grammar was at Sibawayhi in writing within the controls and rules laid down in Hebron, and his student Sibawayhi , these rules and principles at the time obscured by the thumb, try a researcher in this research to put this issue and address the issue of the relationship between the reformers, grammar and semantic, with a focus on the lack of separation between the two, but that the term semantic in the term language talk is afloat, comprehensive and takes prescription inclusiveness.
It is necessary to limit the terms semantic that fit with the terminology grammatical addition, comprehensive term grammar they need to codify and to focus and clarify even more commensurate with the lesson language talk, do not mean here the term grammar as the name or concept is used in the phenomena Iarabip if say for example, an actor, or object or a beginning or news, but we mean the term, which is directly linked to al Qaeda, and determines in accordance with his concept of parts of speech as if to say: good way, ugly, weak, acceptable, decent, gay, this form of nomenclature conventional, and the terms grammar of direct relevance to the phenomenon of expressing this fixed and does not dispute it.
