Abstract EN

This research aims to study job satisfaction to non-Saudi staff members in khurma branch of Taif University.

The study aspects repeated in policies of selection and recruitment, work environment and policies, wages, allowances and promotion policies.

According to analysis of the study data, the research concluded that there is dissatisfaction for most study aspects.

But the satisfaction represented in the availability of all work tools, libraries, research environment and the participation in the conferences.

Also the satisfaction repented in financial incentives, annual increasing in salaries transport allowance and the immediacy in taking promotion decisions and procedures
