Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the role of the social role of summer camps in Gaza Governorates and ways to develop it from the standpoint of those who made it and its participants provinces of Gaza, researcher has used descriptive analytical method, and the study population consisted of all participants in summer camps of Gaza province, which reached the ages of (15-18 years) and all those in charge of the camps for the year amounted to the study sample (308) of the participants by 46% of the original community, and all those in charge of the camps, (60) supervisor.

The researcher used a questionnaire composed of 15 paragraph and the results showed that the social role got the relative weight of (84.96) and highly effective.

The most important recommendations to intensify social visits, especially the families of the martyrs and the wounded and Islamic institutions and other camps, and the development plan of the camp by specialized workers.
