Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the degree of faculty members at the University of King Saud and the elements of the learning organization adopted a descriptive analytical method The findings of this study to several conclusions , namely: 1 .

That elements of the learning organization practiced by faculty members significantly except axis learning team is exercised moderately .

2 .

No statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample due to the variable (sex , Grade , specialization ) .

The researcher presented the recommendations , including: 1 .

Raising exercise collective learning ( learning team ) between faculty members through the development of a range of training programs related to organizational learning ( as programs teamwork and team building ) 2 .

Work on holding regular meetings between faculty members in order to exchange professional experiences .

Involve faculty members in setting the goals of the university.

4 .

Review the University's vision continuously.

5 .

Investment meetings of faculty members to achieve quality educational outcomes .

6 .

Spread the culture of organizational learning to reach the learning organization in all its dimensions.
