Apres la crise économique de 1986 et ces conséquences sur la vie politique et économique et social sur le pays, l’état algérien s'est tourné à la recherche de nouveau ressources pour financer les nouveaux projets sociaux, et ceux dans ce climat que le waqf (habousse) apparaît comme solution.
Cet article vise a étudier comment le législateur a developer l’investissement d’el waqf.
