The public and private Institutes are going to ensure quality and perfection for the sake of existence and continuation, despite the fierce competition, in all the sectors.

The universities are considered to be the basic stones of the higher education, they are responsible for developing the human resources and, building the capacities of the human k knowledge, culture and skills in all specialties aiming to improve the quality of Performance to cover the needs of internal or external labor market and, to assure developments to fulfill the am biotins now and in the future.

The area and the Samples of the Study will be Taif University Khurma branch as a case Study for the possibility of applying the concept of Total quality Management, the services of higher education for continues improvement, and to assure the quality of outputs to have the credibility.

The most important findings that the study has attained: The awareness of teachers staff and the requirements of application of comprehensive quality management in higher education institutions, There is shortage in teaching rooms, laboratories, specialized libraries and distinctive university environment, and the provided services do not meet the needs of the local community performance.
