Industrial Zones in Sudan Suffer from many of the constraints that increase the operating costs , investment costs , affects attract Investors and lack of integrated services, and the study aims to find out the problems of the present Industrial Zones in Sudan call for the establishment integrated services Industrial Zones to reduce the investment costs and employment to meet the needs of the industrial sector and attract Investors, Study followed descriptive analytical method and has been designed questionnaire was distributed to investors and the Financial Managers in the Industrial areas in the state of Khartoum, the study found several results, industrial zones in the Sudan suffer from the high cost of land and the high cost of electricity and services and fees, with no integrated services, integrated services Industrial Zones affect the costs of investment, production and contribute to attract local and Foreign Investors, there is no statistically significant differences between the responses of respondents depending functional status (Investor - Financial Manager) and depending on the specialty practice and agreed on the contents of the axes study.
