Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of the resident supervision in raising the qualifications of teachers in Hebron according to several variables: gender, school level, academic qualification, years of experience and the Directorate.

The study population consisted of (380) Administrator.

The study sample consisted of (75.5%).

Descriptive method were used.

The results showed that the role of the resident educational supervision more effective in raising the efficiencies of the calendar followed by teacher raising efficiencies planning and preparation, followed by daily personal competencies.

And the less the effect of educational supervision resident efficiencies professional development, and the impact of the total score for teacher competencies .

The effect of the role of the resident supervision in raising the efficiency of teachers in the schools of Education in Hebron by arithmetic averages for each of the paragraphs of the resolution separately.

The study also found no statistically significant differences due to the variables (gender, school level, academic qualification, years of experience, and the Directorate).
