Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the extent to which the educational supervisor plays his role in the era of knowledge, as perceived by Arar teachers.

It also aimed to know whether there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the responses of the study population that may be attributed to the variables of sex, specialty, grade and years of experience.

To achieve these objectives, the researcher used a questionnaire which has been applied to a sample of 154 male teachers and 168 female teachers.

After statistically processing the data, the study found that the educational supervisor exercises his role moderately in the fields of integrating technology with education, learning environments, and electronic supervision.

It has also been found that are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample for the sex and specialization variables; but there are statistically significant differences between the study sample answers in the field of learning environments for the grade and experience variables.

Moreover, according to the study findings, there are no differences in the areas of integration of technology with education and electronic supervision that may be attributed to these two variables.
