Abstract EN

This study aims to discover the level of psychological security of private sector workers in Meniâa District and the significance of differences in the psychological security level based on (sex, marital status).

We used the measurement of psychological security of researchers (Tell & Abu Bakra, 1997).

The results obtained have demonstrated the existence of a medium level of psychological security among private sector workers in Meniâa District and that there were no differences with statistical significance in the psychological security level according to the sex except the psychological and physical comfort in favor of women.

However, there were no differences with statistical significance in the psychological security level based on marital status.
