The global financial system has known since the summer of 2007 a violent financial crisis, which had an impact on the banking sector, especially on the traditional banks that were a key reason for the incidence, through the expansion of granting mortgages and dealing in derivatives complex financial instruments, and the adoption of speculative method work in the financial markets, and the fact that these practices are from the legitimate prohibitions in Islamic financial transactions has made the Islamic banks less affected by the financial crisis compared to conventional banks, and the outstanding performance of these banks during the crisis has made them one of the possible alternatives for the reform of the global banking system.
