Abstract EN

Algerian legislature has devoted arbitrability in disputes arising from administrative contracts where expressly authorized in Article 1006 civil and administrative procedures for persons of public law, the law of arbitration in international economic relations or in the framework of public transactions.

The state issued when the legislation is recognized by the permissibility of recourse to arbitration, it authorized by this part of the terms of reference of the sovereign chapter in a dispute related to a contract administrator who carried out the administrative judiciary as an asset in the country.

Contrary to this approach and outlook inductive the provisions of this law, we find that he gave the role to eliminate administrative order that the arbitration system completed basic staff, and that the effectiveness required of it.
