Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his brothers.

The title of this research is to: Comprehensive Index descriptive writings Algeria scholars in Islamic jurisprudence and its Sciences I wanted to get to know the books written by Algeria scholars in Islamic jurisprudence.

It can be explained steps accomplish this research are as follows: The first books written by scholars of Algeria since the first centuries to the midfourteenth century, almot the names collected.

Second: I arranged these books chronologically by year of death of the author.

Third: I'd rate these books into three sections: publications, manuscripts, Lost.

In the end, I reported beneficial results that I reached.
