Abstract EN

The issue of distributing authorizations between different levels of federal states is one of the most important and vital issue faced federal governments, which led all the federal states to include those authorizations in their constitutions, and the way they are distributed.

This study is an attempt to highlight the means of distributing authorizations in the federal states, and the classification of contents of the authorizations, depending on the experiments of some federal states.

The study gave attention to shed light on the roots and the rising of the federal governments in Sudan since independence until the interim constitution of 2005.
