Abstract EN

This Study aims at measuring the level of efficiency of using the electronic academic portal›s services for communication among QOU faculty members at Bethlehem Branch.

For this purpose, a two - fold questionnaire was designed, the first part involves the faculty member role with students, and the second involves that role with the administration electronically.

The study has been conducted on all society members (68) , and the questionnaire which adopted likert five point scale , has been distributed.

The study concluded that there are statistically significant differences at (a≤0.
