Abstract EN

The research aims at addressing the provisions of dealing with bonds from the point of view of the jurisprudents since they, i.e.

the bonds weren't previously known as a form of contemporary financial transactions in investment companies and banks.the inductive and Analytical descriptive approaches have been followed in this research Moreover, the study has addressed the reality of the bonds, their characteristics and divisions, and the injunction of the law in dealing with them, by showing the points of view of some contemporary jurisprudents who study them carefully, and then pass a judgment decision rulings based on strong pieces of evidence in order to be consistent with the purposes of Sharee'ah.

Also, the study shows the legitimate alternatives to bonds; in order to be legitimate the most proper approach in dealing in financial companies and financial institutions.

It includes forbidden dealing with bonds as usurystating the importanesof other religious alternative such Islamic loan and accelerating zakat Finally, the study found a set of findings, which was drawn on to provide a set of recommendations of dealing with the bonds, that are consistent with the Islamic principles and purposes of Sharee'ah that passes its judgment decision ruling provisions in order to achieve the objectives, and ward off the evilness.
