Abstract EN

The researchers identified the importance of collective consultation; it is a part of policy based in Islamic law which aims to reform the creation through directing to the right path to secure them in the world and hereafter.

It is entrusted to Kings and rulers to manage the affairs of Islamic state to achieve and eliminate injustice so as not to be inconsistent with Islamic law.

Consultation ensured by Islam and required by Muslims in their all affairs is obeying to order of Allah and His messenger “peace and blessing be upon him”.

The study, furthermore, aimed to pinpoint justice in Quran and prophet’s tradition.

Of the most important results reached by the researchers were: we are in need of collective efforts to apply the principle of consultation and justice as they featured by their flexibility in applicability because Islam set the general principle, made rigid base for consultation and allowed people to determine how to carry it out at all times as suit them.

Islam ordered with justice and forbade injustice which is the goal of divine messages.
