This research aimed to identify trust, its significance, illustrate the manner of acting in terms of trust values, and connect public political activity with principle of trust to maintain the rights of people.

Setting up the modern Islamic state represents a significant challenge before the Muslims in the modern era due to lack of communication through jurisprudence of policy based in Islamic law.

Restoring to values and ideals is the most important characteristic of the Islamic state.

Trust in the bundle of these values is worth mentioning.

Trust makes human being taking the sense of Allah control and then performs worship willingly.

Thus, these values prevail in institutions of the nation; where justice can be done, spread security, eliminate injustice and fear and achieve vital components of the state.

Political and economic settings fell into decay and disorder due to lack of trust.

Trust is the core to achieve values of promotion, development, and civilization progress.

It is not an abstract value, but it has its own institutions to maintain it in addition to its legal restrictions and regulations.

Faith control and clear conscience remain the most essential reasons to achieve fair values in society.

Of the most important results found by the research were: trust dishonesty affects the society unfairly and disorderly which results in losing rights and reins of power.
