Abstract EN
The objective of this study is the production of second antibody (rabbit anti-mouse IgG) 2nd Ab by immunization of rabbits with immunoglobulin IgG purified from mouse.
The present study involves the production of anti-AFP polyclonal in Balb/C mice which are used as a 1st Ab in liquid phase RIA.
AFP standards were prepared.
The tracers (125I-AFP and 125I-AFP-MoAb) were prepared by iodogen method.
The produced 2nd Ab provides a great efficiency to be used as a separating agent at dilution 1/20.
