Abstract EN

In fact, the prevalence of the political discourse in a society is only a stage of its thinking.If policy begins with a speech, then the philosophy of that speech is only a reflective mirror of political, social and cultural conditions surrounded a nation›s reality.

It is very natural that the Arabic and Islamic nation, like any other nation , was exposed to ruthless political and social circumstances long ago, and so it is necessary to face these circumstances and try to put an end to these racial conflicts that burdened and exhausted the nation.Indeed, politics is not the only cause of this, but also a system of values in the Arabic and Islamic culture, which led to the appearance of the Arabic political speech.However, the nature of the speech and the like is not the same in all stages because of different historical epochs.Thus it was a matter of argue and dispute among the elite to determine the identity of each stage.However, the decline of the Arabic political reality is not the result of political problems but also of the system of values.

Thus, there are a number of questions that can be raises: 1.

What is the nature of the Arabic political discourse and its stages? 2.

How do we look at the state and democracy?
