Surat Al Noor has enlightened the Muslim life with a system of legislations that would save the Muslim community security and stability.

Such legislations have created penalty as a deterrent to those who play by symptoms of Muslims, also it took a course of prevention for these social illnesses through preventive legislations that demonstrated methods to protect the individual and society in this section.

They urged the chastity and purity, and ordered the Muslims to lower their gaze and keep the vagina, and necessitated the women veil and cover up and it discouraged uncoverage and make-up.

It ordered permission when entering houses in order not to see genitalia, and invade privacy ; it also urged the Muslim community to hasten the marriage of unmarried sons and daughters of the community to achieve their social and psychological stability, and other precautions that protect the Muslim community from social crimes.
