It is the right, which has priority over other rights.

It has been considered as an exception from the general rule which implies that the origin in rights is the equivalence.

Islamic Jurisprudence has known such sort of right which its judgments were organized.

The most important rights that have privilege in Islamic Jurisprudence are: The right of mortgager in the mortgaged thing, mortgaged's right, expenditure right, preparing and shrouding money owner's right, inheritance filtering right, debt's rights.

Health debt has aprivilege to postpone and sickness debts.

According to some people, Allah right have privilege to human rights
