The indication of general is a significant issue in Usool al- Feqh science which was a wide conflict in the fields of both al-Ijitihad of Feqh and Usool, and is essential for everyone practicing ijithad of opinion in fields where a text is available, also in the Judiciary, Fatwa and other fields.

Therefore , this study, in its two chapters discussed pointing out the meaning of general, its authenticity and types, the rule of the indication of general, and its impact in conflict, and the schools of fundamentalists in the indication of general, in addition to mentioning the proofs, discussion, and favoring with reasoning and the impact of conflict in the indication of general between fundamentalists and Shtebi, who brought a new view of science indication and he has proofs on it.

There is no doubt that this conflict has impacts resulting from the issue, mainly: assuming the conflict between the general and the special specializing the general is definitively proved especially proved suspiciously: also the definitiveness of the generalities of Sharia; the power of the authenticity of the special general.

These issues can be handled through the method of a comparative suty.
