This research aimms to specify the fields of shariah policy.

The scholars of Shariah policy tried to edentify its fields through etermining the political functions.

However, they were not able to find accurate and clear specification for its fields.

In this stud, we were able to find out precise strucure in order to classify the fields of shariah policy through its relation with the objective rules.

It was demonstrated that some of the objective rules have a direct relationsip with the shariah policy.

On the other hand, some of the rules either have indirect relationship or are dependent on shariah policy.

Throught understanding the different types of relationship, we were able to summarize collection of controlling rules to specify the fields of shariah politics.
