Abstract EN

This study deals with one important subject that had a political significance: searching in historical factors of the declining of the national Arabs system between 1990 – 2000.

That was the period with historical events which caused negative effects in Arab World beginning with Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in August 2 1990 and US military intervention to liberate Kuwait and make sure that no one can dominate the oil in the region.

After that the study ana lyses the effect of disappearing of the Soviet Union in appearing of the Us and allies in Arab region, including the West’s security plans and projects in Arab region in general and the effects of these plans and projects in rarefaction and declining of Arab system.

The study includes further the economic and political effects on the psychology of Arab individ which made internal tensions in the Arab world, used by to and allies to weaken the national Arab system until the Arab peoples revolted and pushed down many of symbols of anti-American policy as in Iraq, Tunis, Libya and now in Syria.
