Abstract EN

The study of trade and regulations of automated exchange bank in Algeria allows knowing the monetary environment, rules and network processing each of these transactions and processes, namely automated exchange sharing between banks, whether at the national or international level.

In this context the matter requires activation of e-commerce, tracing the evolution of the means of electronic payment through the evolution of the use of bank cards in different forms and types, initially represented in tow services, to be followed by payments by international bank cards VISACARD and MASTERCARD.

Then the study concluded to drop this theoretical scope to the reality of e-commerce in Algeria using an econometrical estimate through the policies of electronic banks and impact on e-commerce in Algeria
