Abstract EN

The aim of this study to identify the level of work pressures of staff in the sporting activity in Jordanian universities official depending on the variables (social type، academic level، years of experience، the functional level)، The searcher used the descriptive method، The study sample was chosen randomly، It consisted of (57) employees (male and female) which formed (32.5%) of the total.

The means، standard deviations، One way ANOVA (Tukey HSD) were used.

The results of the study showed that the level of the pressures of work and of staff in the sporting activity in Jordanian universities، came to a medium، also، the results showed the differences of statistical significance depending on the variable functional level، were confined between the head of the Division and the trainer for the benefit of the coach.

In the light of the results of this study، the researcher recommends the distribution of tasks among the workers in the sporting activity commensurate with their abilities and potential، and the use of the strengthening and promotion of officials in the universities and the adoption of the foundations of clear criteria to increase opportunities for progress and career development.
