Arabic Abstract

أهداف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الضغط النفسي والاغتراب الزواجي لدى الزوجات العاملات في المؤسسات الحكومية بمحافظات غزة، كما هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلي العلاقة بين الضغط النفسي والاغتراب الزواجي، والتعرف إلى الفروق على مقياس الضغط النفسي لدى عينة من الزوجات العاملات في المؤسسات الحكومية بمحافظات غزة تبعا للمتغيرات التالية: (العمر، المستوى التعليمي للزوجة، نوع عمل الزوجة، مستوى الدخل للزوجة، عدد الأبناء)، والتعرف إلى الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية على مقياس الاغتراب الزواجي لدى عينة من الزوجات العاملات في المؤسسات الحكومية بمحافظات غزة تبعا للمتغيرات التالية: (العمر، المستوى التعليمي للزوجة، نوع عمل الزوجة، مستوى الدخل للزوجة، عدد الأبناء).

أداة الدراسة: استخدمت الباحثة مقياس للضغط النفسي ومقياس للاغتراب الزواجي من تصميم الباحثة.

عينه الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة من (383) موظفة من الزوجات العاملات في المؤسسات الحكومية بمحافظات غزة لعام 2015م، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: مقياس الاغتراب الزواجي ومقياس الضغط النفسي من إعدادها.

منهج الدراسة: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

نتائج الدراسة: وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعه من النتائج كان أهمها: الدرجة الكلية للضغط النفسي لدى الزوجات العاملات في المؤسسات الحكومية بمحافظات غزة قد بلغ %53.1، في حين أن الضغوط الانفعالية لدى أفراد العينة كانت ما يقارب 61% حيث احتلت المرتبة الأولى في الضغوط لدى أفراد العينة، تليها الضغوط الأسرية حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي ما يقارب 56% واحتلت المرتبة الثانية من أبعاد الضغط النفسي، ثم الضغوط الدور في مؤسسة العمل احتلت المرتبة الثالثة بوزن نسبي يقارب %55، ثم ضغوط العلاقات المهنية حيث كان الوزن النسبي لها يقارب 43%، وأن الدرجة الكلية للاغتراب الزواجي لدى الزوجات العاملات في المؤسسات الحكومية بمحافظات غزة قد بلغ 40.5.

وجود علاقة طرديه بين الضغط النفسي والاغتراب الزواجي لدى الزوجات العاملات في المؤسسات الحكومية بمحافظات غزة، كما بينت عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى الزوجات العاملات في المؤسسات الحكومية بمحافظات غزة تعزى للعمر، لعدد الأبناء، للمستوى التعليمي للزوجة، لنوع عمل الزوجة، كما تبين وجود فروق في مستوى الضغط النفسي وكل من (ضغوط الدور في مؤسسة العمل، ضغوط الانفعالية) لدى الزوجات العاملات في المؤسسات الحكومية بمحافظات غزة تعزى لمستوى الدخل لصالح زوجات العاملات ذات دخل ألف شيكل.

English Abstract

Study Objectives The study aims at detecting the relationship between the psychological stress and marital alienation among hard-working wives in governmental institutions in Gaza Governorates.

It also aimed at identifying the connections between psychological stress and alienation as well as identifying the differences on psychological stress scale among a sample of hard-working wives in governmental institutions in Gaza Governorates, in relation to the following variables: (age, educational level of the wife, the wife's work type, the wife's income level, the number of children).

It also aimed at identifying the statistically significant differences on the scale of marital alienation among a sample of hard-working wives in governmental institutions in Gaza governorates in relation to the following variables: (Age, educational level of the wife, the wife's work type, the wife's income level, the number of children).

The study sample: The study sample consisted of (383) female employees from working wives in governmental institutions in Gaza Governorates back in 2015.

The researcher used the following tools: the scale of marital alienation and the scale of the psychological stress, of her own preparation.

The study tools: the researcher use two questionnaires, the psychological stress questionnaire and marital alienation questionnaire.

Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach.

The study drew a number of findings, including: The total score of the psychological stress among working wives in governmental institutions in Gaza Governorates have reached 53.1%, whereas the emotional stress among respondents was approximately 61% as ranked in the first place in the stress among the respondents, followed by the family stress, reaching the relative weight of approximately 56% and ranked in the second place of psychological stress dimensions, then the stress role of work organization that ranked in the third place with a relative weight of approximately 55%.

The stress of professional relationships follows next where its relative weight is nearly 43%, and the total score of the marital alienation among working wives in governmental institutions in Gaza Governorates have reached 40.5.

There is a direct positive relationship between the total score of the psychological stress dimensions and marital alienation among the working wives in governmental institutions in Gaza Governorates.

There are no differences on the significance level of the psychological stress of hardworking wives in governmental institutions in Gaza Governorates attribute to age, the number of children, the educational level of the wife, the type of wife's work.

There are differences on the significance level of the psychological stress and each of (stress role in the work organization, emotional stress) among working wives in governmental institutions in Gaza Governorates attributed to the level of income in favor of the working wives with income that reaches nearly thousand (1000) shekels.
