Abstract EN

Technical performance affected physical and physiological abilities according to specialization such as volleyball game .

The aim of the study was to reveal the relationships between physical , physiological abilities and ,volleyball skills of University of WASIT team .

Descriptivea broach used to get the data .

Ten University players participated in this study as asample ,the average age was( 21.81 ) years ,height 1,71m and the weight average was 65.77 kg .

they were chosen randomly from population of 20 players with rate of 50% .

The sample tested of physical , physiological and , volleyball skills .

Data from tests pointed –out the relationships between all physical and physiological variables and volleyball skills .

The conclusion obtained from this study were ,there is asignificant ( r) relationship value between speed , power , agility and anaerobic capacity variable , no significant ( r) value between the heart rate and aerobic capacity .

The sample showeda weakness of all physical variables .

According to those results ,researchers recommended that the programs should pay a big attention to develop the players abilities in physical elements as well as physiological aspects and all variables should effects each other , in adition to skills performance levels Follow—up some modern devices to develop players abilities for all volleyball game requirements
