1–The legitimate rule for Iraqi housing fund loan is the forbiddance due to the conditional rules in the loan but it would be accepted in necessary situations and with reasonable rules.
2– Fatwa in this case estimated individually to give each case it`s suitable value.
3– The individual and group supporting for the activities of the private sector will ease the necessity to have a loan.

1-La loi légitime sur le prêt du fonds de logement irakien est l'interdiction à cause de cet augmentation obligatoire dans le prêt, mais il est permi peut-être selon des nécessités et conditions raisonnables… 2-L'état de la fatwa estimé individuellement et non collectivement, et chaque cas est évalué selon sa condition… 3-Le soutien individuel et collectif pour l'activité du secteur privé, ce qui réduit le phénomène du besoin d'emprunter à cause de la nécessité…
