Abstract EN
Hypertext organizational structure links between the efficiency and stability of the two organizational structures the hierarchal bureaucratic structure and the task force structure (Team work) It centres his role in the process of creating knowledge through the presence of three main contexts each context is different from another.
Individuals move through these contexts flexibly with high mobility so that each context is creating knowledge independently of one another to build what is called knowledge spiral.
Moreover Hypertext organization supports the middle- up- down model which is the best fit for knowledge creation and conversion by the role of middle management in reducing the creative chaos and contradictions in the organization unifying individuals around the organization's vision and motivating the context in which individuals are interacting and exchanging tacit knowledge with each other and converting it into explicit knowledge
