industrial companies as a case study of Arab companies as a population hen we analyzing the level of fitness with the requirements of these specification & measure the effect of that level on minimization of environmental risks.

Using an questionnaire to test the hypotheses the study reach to a number of results then introduce some conclusions which became as a base to the suggestions of the study that help the managers of Arab industrial companies to overlap the environmental risks.

The Study covered (5) sections starting with identify the ISO 14001- 1996 and the concepts of it's exists reaching to determine the opportunities of Arab industrial companies in improving the environmental performance .
