Abstract EN

This study aims to show the importance and advantages of partnership between the public sector and the private sector (PPP) build a are being provided by the international experience in this area especially in Asian countries and emerging countries in particular because the economic growth which absorbs the unemployed and contain poverty requires the mobilization of all energies and the potential and the resources that have the state are available in the sector so all nations strive to follow the partnership systems in which all components of society contribute to the direction and management of investment projects and their development to achieve its objectives through mutual benefit so this study seeks to release the advantages and objectives and rationale for the company between the two sectors based the vision of the international financial institutions and lessons learned from the experience and expertise the partnership between the public and private sector by simulating it and try to take advantage of it to build a strong and effective partnership between the two sectors in the case of Algeria so it turns out that having a legal framework inadequate and requires more efforts the economic administrative and organizational links to achieve a successful partnership and thus the introduction of competencies management and innovation in the private sector to public services all of these points in addition to other points will be within the focus of the study
